		<title>Initially Three Vessels</title>
		<description>

The West Oahu Ferry will initially start out with three passenger only vessels each able to carry 150 passengers, which will each make three round trips between Aloha Towers and Kalaeloa Pier. The same vendor will be used as the Hawaii Superferry. </description>

		<description>Five new bus routes will be added to improve the efficiency of the West Oahu ferry. The west side will have bus extension between the Kalaeloa Pier and Wainae, Makakilo, and Kapolei. Town side will add extensions between Aloha Towers and UH Manoa, and Waikiki. </description>
